soundcloud ???

With the recent heavy policing of Soundcloud copyright infringement notices (to what seems just about anything uploaded to it) and now the news that the PRS have had enough and are now taking legal action against the company with the backing of BASCA (The British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors) (BASCA statement), I though it would a good time to look at the situation and weigh up the alternatives for recording artists, label and DJ, Podcasters alike.
